From August 2007, we began to prepare for the survey of "informatization of China's textile industry from 2001 to 2010". This survey is similar to other previous industry surveys, adopting a combination of face-to-face interviews and surveys, of which the latter is also divided into in-depth surveys and general visits. The overall purpose is to obtain general macro data materials and typical details

a total of 90 valid samples were obtained in this survey, including about 12 in-depth access samples. Due to the outstanding informatization construction level of some well-known enterprises in the textile industry, we prefer small and medium-sized enterprises in terms of the scale and number of enterprises during this visit. At the same time, in terms of data statistics, due to the uneven access success rate of each sub industry, we did not make data statistics according to the sub industry

1. Current information application status

through the investigation, it is found that many textile enterprises above Designated Size started informatization earlier, and the earliest can even be traced back to 15 years ago. However, most enterprises still began the single application of enterprise informatization before and after the tenth five year plan

the data shows that through the informatization construction of the tenth five year plan, textile enterprises have reached a large proportion in single applications, of which the application rate of office automation (OA)/collaboration software has reached 46.6%, human resources (HR) has reached 46.6%, the application rate of financial software has reached 86.6%, purchase, sales and inventory software has reached 50%, e-commerce system accounts for 23.3%, ERP accounts for 56.6%

in addition, the application rates of MES, SCM and CRM in enterprises have reached 6.2%, 23.3% and 36.7% respectively. PLM (cad/cam/cpapp/cae/pdm) is also outstanding, reaching 46.7%. The application rate of enterprise procurement system is relatively low, only 6.7%

it can be seen that the application rate of enterprises in OA, HR and inventory software is close to 50%, while the application rate of financial software occupies an absolute advantage. The application of ERP in enterprises is very prominent, reaching 56.6%, and the single application of PLM also reached 46.7%

this shows that after the information construction during the Tenth Five Year Plan period, the basic financial management and business management methods of most enterprises have been systematized, and nearly half of the enterprises have adopted CAD and other drawing software for product development. These single applications of informatization have greatly improved the management level and business ability of enterprises

2. Informatization direction in the next three years

in the survey of "system construction in the next three years", 6.7% choose purchase, sales and inventory software, 2 enterprises choose ERP, like you, work hard and contribute silently in the western region, 0%, 10% choose MES, while the selection rates of SCM, CRM and PLM are 10%, 6.7% and 0.3% respectively, and nearly 60% choose "not clear". Obviously, ERP is still the first choice for enterprises to carry out information construction

according to the data, during the Tenth Five Year Plan period, ERP, CAD system, automatic monitoring, automatic control, e-commerce and other information technologies with distinctive industry characteristics were widely used by many textile enterprises. However, due to the differences and imbalances in regions, industries, enterprises and other aspects of China's textile industry, the differences and diversity of informatization target needs are very prominent

according to the statistics of China Textile Industry Association, the management informatization demand of textile enterprises during the "Tenth Five Year Plan" period accounted for 83% of the total demand, of which ERP increased the most significantly, becoming the focus and difficulty of the "Tenth Five Year Plan". It is expected that this phenomenon will not change during the "Eleventh Five Year Plan", but due to the greater pursuit of industry characteristics, the application of ERP in the future will have two development trends: industrialization and platform

3. The regret of informatization construction during the Tenth Five Year Plan period

through the survey, we found that "the slow speed of information construction" is a point that many enterprises are not satisfied with, reaching 26.7%. Many enterprises also pay attention to "the fast speed of IT technology/product upgrading", and the selection rate has reached 22.3%. in addition, 26.7% of enterprises chose "no regrets", 16.7% of enterprises chose "imperfect information planning, which affects enterprise management and business development", 10% of enterprises chose "insufficient investment", and another 13.3% of enterprises believed that "there are shortcomings in the application system itself, which restricts the application effect"

This high proportion shows that users and relevant industry personnel have many doubts and misunderstandings about the understanding of aluminum alloy cable technology and products. What

However, such a high selection rate at least indicates that the current application of enterprises is unsatisfactory. Many textile sub industries are both process type and discrete type, which objectively brings some difficulties to the application of the system

"system instability" is one of the factors that many enterprises choose, accounting for 26.7%. The selection rates of "the industry characteristics embodied in the system are not prominent" and "the company system constraints" account for 20%. In addition, the selection rates of "immature product technology", "poor compatibility between different systems" and "low enthusiasm of employees for application" are 16.7%, 13.3% and 16.7% respectively, and 16.7% of enterprises choose "good application", Only 6.6% of enterprises choose "insufficient leadership support"
