VII. Safety technical measures:

(I) preparation before commencement

1. Operators must clarify the specific work content and division of labor before commencement, and carefully study this measure

2. Before starting the work, the person in charge of the work shall enter the site in advance to check whether the on-site working environment meets the safety requirements and whether there are objects that hinder the construction. If any factors endangering the safety are found, it shall be reported to the technical safety department or the person in charge of the construction immediately, and the construction can be carried out only after the unsafe factors are removed

3. The staff of the maintenance workshop will evaluate the on-site operation, count the materials and costs required for the reconstruction project and submit them to the enterprise management office, which will purchase them from the supply department

(II) process standard

1. It is required that on-site operators should carefully perform their post responsibilities and safety standard construction

2. When using a hot-melt to butt the PPR pipe, be careful and responsible to ensure that the butt joint is intact

(IV) organizational measures

1. The person in charge of on-site work and the guardian shall explain the work content, personnel division and on-site safety measures to the operation members, inform the dangerous points, and perform the confirmation procedures before starting the work. The person in charge of the work and the full-time guardian should always be at the work site, carefully supervise the safety of the staff on the work shift, and correct incomplete behaviors in time

2. As the main commander of this construction, the person in charge of on-site work should have a clear idea of the construction process. In the process of world industrial development, the experimental machine is the inevitable result of the development of industrial civilization, and the personnel arrangement is reasonable. Other personnel should not make their own opinions and change the process at will

(V) technical measures

1. Remove the reconstruction part of the original heating system (indoor mechanical cutting)

(1) in order to prevent damage to the office environment, the original indoor heating system should be removed manually as far as possible. In order to speed up the construction progress, the radiator plus shut-off valve and bypass can be carried out at the same time on each floor

(2) the removal of floors and decorative cabinets should be avoided as much as possible, so as to facilitate the later recovery

(3) pay attention to personal safety during the removal process to prevent the riser from tilting and falling, and the radiator from injuring employees and other personnel. At the same time, take protective measures for surrounding objects. The removed pipes, heating hoods, radiators, etc. shall be neatly stacked and placed at the designated place

2 common faults: poor sensitivity of dial pointer, installation preparation

(1) carefully get familiar with the key points of transformation, and draw the position, pipe diameter, reserved opening, slope direction, valve and support position of the pipeline according to the transformation drawing, including the starting point, end and turning of the main pipe, node, reserved opening, setting position, etc. Before installation, the steel pipe shall be strictly derusted to remove impurities

(2) clamp installation

some main pipes of the project adopt the hanging installation method, which is installed according to the transformation requirements and the specified spacing, and the hanging line is used as the reference line for clamp installation. Put the lifting ring on the pipe according to the spacing position, then lift the pipe, put on the bolt, screw on the nut, and fix the pipe. When installing the pipe on the bracket, first put the pipe in place on the bracket, install the first section of pipe with a U-shaped clamp, and then install the second section of pipe. In the future, all sections of pipe shall be carried out according to this, and the bolts shall be fastened

(3) pipeline installation

according to the demand plan and mobilization time of main machines and tools, do a good job in the purchase, installation and commissioning of machines and equipment to ensure the normal use of construction

after the mobilization of materials and equipment, the quantity inspection shall be carried out by the materialman first, and then the technical and quality personnel shall confirm the technical performance and fill in the mobilization inspection records of materials and equipment

① main pipe installation

all parts and pipe sections of the main pipe have been processed and fabricated, and have been properly assembled together, and installed in place according to the transformation requirements

② riser installation

check whether the hole position of each layer is vertical, and check whether the hanging line, eye picking and clip planting. Transport the prefabricated pipes to the installation site in numbered order

remove the valve cover before installing the valve. If there is a steel sleeve, put it on the pipe first, and install it from the first section according to the number

check whether the elevation, direction and semicircular bend of each reserved opening of the riser are accurate and straight. Loosen the pipe clamp planted in advance, put the pipe into the card, tighten the bolt, and use the suspender and plumber from section 1 9. The experimental machine meets the national standard gb/t3803 ⑵ 002 "inspection of cannon LS10 hybrid head with many advantages pendulum impact tester". The pipe begins to find the verticality, straighten the steel casing, and finally fill the hole. The reserved opening must be filled with temporary screw plugs

③ branch pipe installation

casing should be added at the place where the pipe passes through the wall, and the casing is directly 2 sizes larger than the steel pipe. The space between the steel pipe and the casing pipe through the wall shall be filled with asbestos rope, and the gap between the casing pipe and the building structure shall be filled with cement mortar

(4) radiator installation

according to the radiator specification, the radiator is installed in a hanging manner, and the installation distance between the installation back and the inner surface of the decorated wall is 30mm. Before installing the radiator, first check whether the installation position of the radiator and the reserved opening of the riser are accurate, and measure the size of the branch pipe and the size of the light fork. (the difference between the center of the radiator and the wall and the center of the reserved opening of the riser), align the heat dissipation and cushion it firmly after alignment. Mix the screw threads at both ends of the pipe with lead oil to wrap hemp, connect the oil to the radiator, clean the hemp head, brush anti rust paint on the exposed screw threads and the damaged parts of the galvanized layer, check the slope and parallel distance of the branch pipe with steel tape, level gauge and plumb bob, recheck whether the riser and radiator move, conduct system pressure test and flushing according to the specified pressure, handle the acceptance procedures after passing the inspection, and drain the water

4. System commissioning

after the system transformation is completed, if required by Party A, the whole heating system can be debugged in early October, observe and measure whether the temperature of each radiator meets the transformation requirements, and the system can be rectified

(VI) special measures

the construction process of the project should be normal construction and ensure the normal operation of the work in the office building, which increases the difficulty of construction. The following points should be paid attention to in the construction:

1. The dismantling of the original heating system must be manually dismantled by workers. Some equipment in the handling process is inconvenient to use, so manual handling should be adopted, and special personnel should be appointed to supervise the dismantling and handling process, Avoid personal injury

2. People in the building move frequently. In order to prevent personal injury, safety warning signs need to be placed to remind them, and certain shielding measures should be taken to prevent pipe fittings, machines and tools from tilting and falling and injuring office workers in the building

3. Pipe fittings, machines and tools should be handled with care to avoid noise, which will affect the normal work of personnel in the building

4. Pipe fittings and machines and tools should be handled with care during construction. If necessary, shelters should be laid on walls and floors to prevent damage to walls and floors during the placement and movement of pipe fittings and machines and tools

3. Follow the unified command of the person in charge during work, remove galvanized pipe fittings, and set up a springboard when installing PPR pipes

4. Before operation, the monitor should carefully check 21 kinds of people, and 21 kinds of people are strictly forbidden to work

5. Before operation, the team leader shall explain the operation contents and dangerous points to the operators

6. Operators should work with certificates and maintain a good mental state

7. Operators should wear work clothes, insulated rubber shoes and personal appliances correctly

8. When the galvanized pipe is removed, it should be commanded by a specially assigned person to prevent the iron pipe from falling and hurting people and colliding with objects

9. Check whether the plastic pipe fusion splicer, pipes and pipe fittings are intact before work

10. When using the welding machine, hands and inflammables should not touch the electric melting hot block to avoid accidents

30. Pay attention to safety when working at heights. There should be a guardian under the ladder and wear necessary safety appliances

32. Do not work up and down at the same time during work. Transfer tools, instruments and materials should be transferred with ropes, and do not throw them at will

34. You must be serious in your work. It is forbidden to do anything irrelevant to your work and to receive and fight

35. Smoking is prohibited at the work site, and items that affect the safety of operation such as carrying and keys are not allowed during operation

36. In the process of work, it is necessary to carry out "three three" sorting in time

37. No one is allowed to operate in violation of regulations and command in violation of regulations. They should cooperate with each other to achieve "four no injuries". In case of unsafe conditions, any operator has the right to stop the operation

39. Carefully count the tools before and after work to ensure that they are complete. During removal and installation, the tools and items should be tied and transferred with a transfer rope.
