2. Technical key points:
1. Because the cutting hole of the task face does not follow the bottom plate during the excavation, the task face needs to press the shed to find the bottom during the initial mining. The method of brushing the upper and lowering the bottom with a hand pick or air pick is adopted, and the height of the press shed shall not be less than 0.3m. 4. There are two pumping drill yards in the cutting hole of the task face. Before the initial mining, a special person is assigned to replace the 2.6-2.4m I-steel shed in the drill yard with 2.6m Korean pine logs or semi logs, equipped with monomer column weights and supports, and the small head diameter is 160mm

3. Key points of Enron:

2. Preparation tasks before initial mining
1. Before initial mining, the construction unit must prepare spare support materials and store them in a place 50 meters away from the upper Enron entrance, with tags placed neatly. The detailed types and quantities are as follows: 30 dz/100 hydraulic monomer columns, 20 2.4m π beams, 100 back timbers, 50 2.0m slab beams, and 50 rolls of cold drawn wires. 3. Upper and lower Enron exits and end support:
1) due to the change of the inclined length of the task surface, the upper Enron exit will adopt the zh2000/17/25f split roof beam combination suspension hydraulic support, and the suspension support must extend out of the front detection beam to ensure a smooth Enron exit. If the distance between the support and the exit shed lifting exceeds 0.5m, the shed must be added, and the 2.6m π beam with monomer column will be used for shed support. Two beams and six columns will move the main beam of the shed to the top of 0.8m. The exit lifting shed is a pair of 3.5m π shaped beams, and the distance between the top pair of shed beams and the lifting shed beams of the upper trough and the lower side is not more than 200mm
2) the lower Enron opening is supported by 4 pairs of 4m π beams, with two beams and eight columns. The height under the beam is not less than 1.8m, and the spacing between sheds is 600mm from middle to middle. The ramp under the task plane is 2m long and 1m wide; The step distance of π - shaped steel beams is 0.8m, and the distance between each pair of π - shaped steel beams is not more than 50mm, and the distance between the bottom pair of large sheds and the lifting shed beam on the upper side of the lower trough shall not exceed 200mm. The exit lifting shed adopts a pair of 4m long π - shaped steel beams, one beam and four columns, advancing side by side, and the height under the beam shall not be less than 1.6m
4. Upper and lower chute replacement shed and advance support:
(1) the length of upper and lower chute advance replacement shed is more than 10m away from the coal wall. Use 2.4m Korean pine logs and hydraulic monomer columns to replace the U-shaped shed, and then use 1.2m square timber gallows to fall to the bottom. It is required that the diameter of the small end of the Korean pine round wood beam shall not be less than 160mm. The thickness of square timber shall not be less than 150mm. One beam and three columns are used to support the shed, and the distance between the shed and the middle is 0.6m. The angle between the pillar and the bottom plate is 80, and the lower width is 3.0m
(2) when replacing the shed, first reinforce the shed beam within 5 meters before and after the replacement of the shed, set the shed with 2.8m logs and monomer columns before and after the replaced U-shaped shed, separately assemble the column legs, and lower the U-shaped shed beam
(3) after the shed is replaced by the upper trough, a 1.0m hinged beam is used to build a double lifting shed at 100mm from the column heads on both sides of the shed beam. The support situation is one beam and one column. Two Korean pine logs are placed on the hinged beam at an interval of 1.0m along the task surface, and 1.2m square logs are used to place # shaped wooden piers on the Korean pine logs at an interval of 1.1m
after the shed is replaced by the lower chute, the 1.0m hinged roof beam and hydraulic monomer column are used to build a double row lifting shed. The double lifting shed of the lower chute is the inner side of the π shaped steel beam claw on the upper side of the roadway, and the first row is the place where the roadway is close to the conveyor chute along the middle line. The winch style is the same as that of the upper trough winch
(4) after replacing the shed, press the shed with a 1.2m square timber gallows (# shaped) under the Korean pine log beam. When galloping, the top layer of square timber must be vertical to the Korean pine log beam, and the bottom layer of Korean pine log must be vertical to the 2.6 m π beam below it
(8) after the completion of the gallows, the floating coal shall be cleaned in time, and the roadway height within 20 m outward of the coal wall shall not be less than 1.6 m, and the roadway height outside 20 m shall not be less than 1.8 M. And the single and double lifting sheds along the trough shall be aligned in time
(6) advance support of upper chute: 1.0m hinged beams and hydraulic monomer columns are used to build double row lifting sheds within 10m from the upper chute to the coal wall. One row is close to the inner side of π - shaped steel beam on the lower side of the roadway, and the other row has a total plastic consumption of more than 80million tons (including about 7million tons of waste plastic) close to the inner side of π - shaped steel beam on the upper side of the roadway. Within the range of 10~20m, the common single column of Korean pine square timber with a thickness of more than 0.16m is used to blackmail the shed by the middle line of the roadway, and the reinforced point column with a length of more than 20m is added by the middle line of the roadway outside 20M (the wooden cushion block must be placed at the contact between the column head of the single column and the U-shaped shed beam, and the specification of the cushion block is 150mm and 150mm)

The double lifting shed of the lower chute is a row of π shaped steel beam claws on the upper side of the roadway, and the other row is the roadway along the central line near the conveyor chute. The single lifting shed is close to a row of connotation at the trough side of the conveyor. The single lifting shed of 10 ~ 20m depends on the upper side of the roadway, and the slot side of the scraper escort machine beyond 20m is provided with a strengthening point column for each slot until the machine head
7. Stop a comprehensive renovation of the support of the task face before the initial mining. During the renovation, it is required to brake the back of the top strictly, fill up the missing beams and columns in the π beam support section in time, change the pressure relief column in time, straighten the crooked support, and the uniform initial support force of each pair of π beam to the hydraulic support under the shed shall not be less than 5MPa. The initial supporting force of zh2000/17/25f split top beam combined suspension support is based on the pressure of hydraulic pump station (the pressure shall not be less than 20MPa)
8. During the initial mining and initial drainage, a full-time gas inspector must be placed in the ventilation area to check and deal with the gas environment of the task face
3. Preliminary mining method
1. Initial mining blasting hole placement and charge amount on the task face:
during initial mining, it is strictly prohibited to reduce the cannon on the task face. Blasting is not allowed when mining the first two rows of coal, and hand picks or air picks are used to brush the side for mining. When mining the third and fourth rows, only waist holes and bottom holes are allowed. The charging amount of each eye is specified: waist holes 150~300g, bottom holes 300~450g. During normal coal mining, the upper hole charge is 150g. The length of one shot is 5 ~ 10m. The coal wall of the task face is connected along the strike (1.0m side) with 0.2m14 # iron wire, and the connection is stopped every 2 buckles. Each buckle should be wrapped around for more than 2 circles and tied into a loose knot
4. Moving columns and beams:
1) π beam support:
(1) π beam is opposite shed, two beams and five columns support. The upper part is the auxiliary beam and the lower part is the main beam
(2) after coal mining and blasting in the task face, first connect on the side of the coal wall, and move from bottom to top to the main beam roof protection. After the opening coal is cleaned, move the single column under the main beam on the side of the old pond to the main beam of the coal wall, and tighten it according to the requirements of stay wire and hill facing corner. Work from bottom to top
(3) unload the single column under the auxiliary beam back, and move the auxiliary beam from bottom to top one by one. For each shed, move the pillar under the auxiliary beam on the side of the old pond to the auxiliary beam on the side of the coal wall in time, and tighten it as required
(4) rectify the middle row column
2) suspension support:
(1) before blasting on the task face, the rhombic roll shall be hoisted and hung on the roof after being connected to the side of the coal wall
(2) after shooting, loosen and put down the diamond, and extend the support to protect the top of the front probe beam. Stop one by one from bottom to top
(3) after cleaning the upper coal, separate the front and rear pillars of the lifting support, move the top beam of the support forward in place, and then inject liquid into the front and rear pillars of the support to tighten and tighten. Stop one by one from bottom to top
5. Anti collapse method of single column:
1) all single columns on the task surface except the suspension support should be hung with anti collapse chains. One end of the anti chain fall is tied to the lower part of the column head of the single column, and the other end is hung on the top plate above the column
2) the anti chain fall of the pillar should be tightened with the liquid injection of the pillar and hung in time
6. Push scraper Escort:
1) according to the characteristics of zh2000/17/25f suspension support, the coal mining step of the task face is 0.8m. The material width of agricultural machinery equipment is 0.8m
