The effect of pre harvest spraying calcium and NAA on Strawberry tolerance

the experiment was carried out in the farm of Zhongkai Agricultural Technology College in. The tested variety is Hani, and the spacing between plants and rows is 20cm × 28cm。 10 days after blooming, spray the ears with 0.2%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% calcium nitrate with bio based rubber materials and 10mg/l NAA respectively, and spray water as control. Remove all the flowers after treatment. After ripening and harvesting in the middle of February, the fruits are packed with 0.04mm thick polyethylene film, kg per bag, and stored under the conditions of daytime ℃, night ℃, relative humidity of 60% - 80%. The results showed that the mixed spraying of calcium nitrate and NAA before harvest could slow down the decline of pulp hardness, reduce the membrane permeability, reduce the increase of rotten ring ratio by 6.8%, increase the content of soluble solids (except 1.5% calcium nitrate plus 10mg/l NAA), increase the activity of SOD (superoxide dismutase), reduce the respiratory rate, and increase the calcium content of fruit. Among them, the effect of 1.0% calcium nitrate plus 10mg/l NAA was the best. On the fourth day of storage, the pulp hardness was 15% higher than that of the control, and the decay index was 68.0% lower
