Xu Lingfeng and other scholars used X-ray diffraction to analyze the evolution of IF steel ferrite hot rolling texture and annealing texture, and carried out if steel ferrite hot rolling on a laboratory hot rolling mill, and studied the effect of friction on if steel ferrite hot rolling and annealing texture. The results show that when rolling without lubrication, Strong Gauss texture components {110 、 < 001 > and weak fiber texture are formed on the surface of steel plate, resulting in high strength of Gauss component in recrystallization texture and low strength of fiber texture; during lubrication rolling, the strength of Gauss texture component on the surface of steel plate decreases, {100 、《 011 》, the fiber texture strength increases, and the fiber texture strength increases after annealing. The center of the steel plate is less affected by friction, and the elimination method during the rolling process: clean the pendulum bearing, toothed rod, pointer, and wire wheel to develop into strong and fiber texture, and the fiber texture composition after annealing is the main texture component
