Wood essential oil should be used with caution whe

  • Detail

Recently, the so-called "wood essential oil" used in wood flooring has appeared. The so-called essential oil is a volatile aromatic substance extracted from the flowers, leaves, seeds, bark, roots, etc. of plants and used in human health care.

Step 1: take a piece arbitrarily from the packaging box to see whether the surface is flat and intact. The glaze should be uniform, bright, free of spots, missing glaze, bumps, and the surrounding edges should be neat. The glaze is not bright, astringent, or has bubbles, which are all quality problems

step 2: take out another piece of brick, align the two pieces, and the smaller the gap in the middle, the better. If it is a pattern brick, you must use four pieces to piece up a complete pattern, and you should also pay attention to whether the pattern of the brick is connected and clear. Then take out all the bricks in a box and lay them flat on a large plane. Look at the whole effect from a little distance. No matter white, other colors or patterns, the color should be the same. If there are individual bricks with deep and light spots, it will be difficult to see and affect the whole decorative effect.

Step 3: erect these bricks one by one, and compare whether the size of the bricks is consistent. The deviation of small bricks is allowed to be plus or minus 1mm, and that of large bricks is allowed to be plus or minus 2mm

step 4: take one brick and knock another, or knock the brick with other hard objects. If the sound of the brick is clear and loud, it means that the brick is of good quality and cooked; If the sound is abnormal, it indicates that there is a double skin or crack in the brick: the double skin is that when the brick is formed, the air in the material is not discharged, resulting in poor bonding between materials and internal cracks, which can not be seen from the surface, and can only be identified by listening to the sound

ceramic tiles are divided into several types

glazed tiles: refers to the tiles with glaze on the surface. This kind of brick is divided into two categories: one is fired with clay; The other is made of porcelain clay. At present, about 80% of home decoration buyers choose this brick as floor decoration material

full body brick: This is a kind of unglazed porcelain brick with good skid resistance and wear resistance. Generally speaking, most of the "anti slip floor tiles" are full-length bricks

polished brick: the whole brick becomes polished brick after polishing. This kind of brick has high hardness and is very wear-resistant

vitrified brick: This is a kind of high-temperature fired ceramic brick, which is the hardest of all ceramic tiles. Sometimes when the polished brick is scratched, the vitrified brick is still intact

mosaic: many specifications, thin and small, hard texture, acid and alkali resistant, wear-resistant, impermeable, strong pressure resistance, not easy to break, colorful and widely used

common specifications: ceramic tile specifications 400x400mm, 500x500mm, 600x600mm, 800x800mm

mosaic specification 20 × 20mm、25 × 25mm、30 × 30mm, with thickness ranging from 4mm to 4.3mm

how much is a square meter of ceramic tiles generally?

price: from the price analysis, the price of first-class domestic glazed wall tiles is about 40 yuan per square meter, and the price of dark colored glaze is slightly higher than that of light colored glaze tiles. construction technology of ceramic tiles

personnel: generally, 1-2 bricklayers are required

order: wall tiles first, then floor tiles

time: a good bricklayer can paste 5-6 square meters a day, otherwise it is difficult to ensure the quality. Especially in places like windowsills that need small diagonals, it takes a lot of time

basic process flow of paving ceramic floor tiles

1. Paving colored glazed tiles: treating the base course → snapping lines → soaking and wetting tiles → paving cement mortar → installing standard blocks → paving floor tiles → pointing → cleaning → curing

2. Paving ceramic mosaic tiles (mosaic): treating the base course → snapping lines, marking bars → paving cement mortar → paving → compaction → watering and uncovering paper → pulling joints Caulking → cleaning → curing

precautions for tiling

(1) the base must be treated to be qualified, and there must be no floating soil and ash

(2) ceramic floor tiles must be soaked and dried in the shade. Without affecting its condensation and hardening, hollowing, shelling and other problems occur

(3) no one is allowed to get on within 2~3 hours after paving. Ceramic brocade bricks should be cured for 4-5 days
